What is rebilling cancellation? How can I cancel rebilling?

If you have purchased the membership at the site, it will be prolonged automatically each month – the necessary membership fee for every new month will be taken off your credit card or bank account. If you don’t want to prolong your membership and pay the fee for the next month, you should cancel rebilling. You can do it yourself by choosing the billing system through which you have purchased your membership and following the steps listed at the billing support page. If you have experienced some problem while trying to cancel rebilling at the billing support page, you can choose “Cancel rebilling” in the Problem category at the bottom of this page, fill in the fields “Your name” and “Your e-mail” (Note: Use the real data that you have stated when purchasing the membership only – all information is purely confidential) and press the “Next step” button. Type in your Username in the “Enter Your Username (Login)” field. We will be able to cancel rebilling only in case you have typed in your username or e-mail correctly (Note: You can find your exact username in the body of the message sent to your e-mail right after you had paid for the membership). If possible, state the name of the billing system that you used while purchasing the membership in “Choose Your Billing” field and press the “Finish” button. We will cancel your rebilling manually within the following 24-48 hours.

Why cannot I get access to the site?

If you have paid for the membership but have trouble trying to access our site (cannot enter the Members Area even after several attempts and always get redirected to an error page), make sure that you have stated your Username and Password correctly (Note: Username and Password are case SeNsItIvE). Besides, your membership period might have expired already and you are no longer a member at our site. If the things listed above have nothing to do with you, there is a possibility that your Username and Password haven’t been added to our database due to an error in the billing engine or have been deleted from it. In this case do the following:
Choose “Password didn’t work” in Problem category at the bottom of this page and fill in “Your name” and “Your e-mail” fields (Note: Use the real data that you have stated when purchasing the membership only – all information is purely confidential) and press the “Next step” button. Type in your Username in the “Enter Your Username (Login)” field and your Password in the “Enter Your Password” field (Note: You can find your exact username in the body of the message sent to your email right after you had paid for the membership). If possible, state the name of the billing system that you used while purchasing the membership in “Choose Your Billing” field and press the “Finish” button. We will fix the problem within the following 24-48 hours and send you the correct login information.

Where can I learn the password that I can use to access the site?

If you had purchased the membership but forgot or lost your password for some reason, we can re-send this password to your e-mail box.
